Un seul d\u00e9lai manqu\u00e9 peut mener \u00e0 des litiges relatifs \u00e0 des r\u00e9clamations r\u00e9troactives, \u00e0 de lourdes p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s r\u00e9glementaires et \u00e0 un cauchemar logistique pour votre \u00e9quipe juridique.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 data-path-to-node=\"30\">Combler le foss\u00e9 entre les RH et la paie<\/h4><p data-path-to-node=\"31\">Les silos de donn\u00e9es sont \u00e0 l\u2019origine des erreurs li\u00e9es aux avantages sociaux. Si votre coordonnateur des avantages sociaux n\u2019apprend un d\u00e9part que lorsque le service de la paie a d\u00e9j\u00e0 trait\u00e9 le dernier ch\u00e8que, vous \u00eates d\u00e9j\u00e0 en retard.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"32\">B\u00e2tir un processus reproductible exige un protocole de transfert de donn\u00e9es \u00e9tanche entre les RH, la paie et les gestionnaires de services. \u00c9tablissez une entente de niveau de service (SLA) interne stricte. En tirant parti de flux de travail automatis\u00e9s et d\u2019API qui connectent directement votre SIRH central \u00e0 votre plateforme d\u2019administration des avantages sociaux, les donn\u00e9es circulent de mani\u00e8re fluide et en temps r\u00e9el. Un changement de statut dans votre SIRH devrait automatiquement mettre \u00e0 jour le syst\u00e8me de paie, ajuster la cat\u00e9gorie d\u2019avantages sociaux de l\u2019employ\u00e9 et envoyer un flux de fichiers num\u00e9riques \u00e0 vos assureurs. L\u2019automatisation transforme un casse-t\u00eate administratif de plusieurs jours en un processus d\u2019arri\u00e8re-plan.<\/p><h4 data-path-to-node=\"45\">Remettre l\u2019humain au c\u0153ur des ressources humaines<\/h4><p data-path-to-node=\"46\">Derri\u00e8re chaque point de donn\u00e9e, chaque feuille de calcul et chaque fen\u00eatre de conformit\u00e9 se cache un \u00eatre humain qui traverse une transition de vie majeure. Ne vous contentez pas d\u2019envoyer des alertes syst\u00e8me froides et automatis\u00e9es.
