Usually, we rely on annual engagement surveys to gauge \u00ab\u00a0psychological safety,\u00a0\u00bb only to receive filtered, \u00ab\u00a0safe\u00a0\u00bb answers that tell us what employees think we want to hear  <\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"2\">It\u2019s time to stop guessing. The most honest reflection of your company culture isn&rsquo;t in a survey; it\u2019s hidden in your <b data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"118\">Benefits Administration (BenAdmin) data.<\/b> <\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"3\">By treating psychological safety as a quantifiable KPI, you can move from reactive damage control to proactive cultural design. Here is how to turn your existing benefits data into a diagnostic tool for organizational health. <\/p><hr data-path-to-node=\"4\"><h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\">1. The \u00ab\u00a0Silence\u00a0\u00bb Metric: Why 100% Attendance is a Red Flag<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"6\">On paper, a team that never takes a day off looks productive.
