Sans gestion, l&rsquo;IAg peut se transformer en porte ouverte aux fuites de donn\u00e9es, aux batailles juridiques, et \u00e0 de <b>sacr\u00e9s<\/b> maux de t\u00eate au niveau de la conformit\u00e9. En tant que leaders RH et Tech, la responsabilit\u00e9 de g\u00e9rer ce risque vous tombe <b>directement<\/b> sur les \u00e9paules.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Il vous faut une politique <b>solide<\/b>, <b>pratique<\/b> et <b>pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00eatre d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e<\/b>. Ce n&rsquo;est pas une suggestion, c&rsquo;est une <b>n\u00e9cessit\u00e9<\/b>. Voici les cinq incontournables absolus en mati\u00e8re de conformit\u00e9 pour votre politique interne d&rsquo;Intelligence Artificielle g\u00e9n\u00e9rative.<\/p><hr data-path-to-node=\"8\" \/><h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\">1. Tol\u00e9rance Z\u00e9ro pour l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de donn\u00e9es exclusives et sensibles<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"10\">Le risque fondamental est simple : quand les employ\u00e9s copient-collent des donn\u00e9es propri\u00e9taires, des notes de r\u00e9unions internes, ou des Renseignements Personnels Identifiables (<b>RPI<\/b>) dans un Grand Mod\u00e8le de Langage (<b>GML<\/b>) public, ces donn\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre ing\u00e9r\u00e9es et utilis\u00e9es pour l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement futur du mod\u00e8le. C&rsquo;est une <b>br\u00e8che directe<\/b> dans la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es et dans la Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 Intellectuelle (<b>PI<\/b>). Aucune d\u00e9cision RH ou op\u00e9rationnelle importante d\u00e9coulant d&rsquo;une sortie d&rsquo;IAg ne peut \u00eatre ex\u00e9cut\u00e9e sans une r\u00e9vision et une validation finale d&rsquo;un humain d\u00e9cideur form\u00e9. <b>L&rsquo;humain doit v\u00e9rifier l&rsquo;\u00e9quation algorithmique pour s&rsquo;assurer de l&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9<\/b>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"17\">3. L&rsquo;entreprise ne devrait pas revendiquer automatiquement la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 du droit d&rsquo;auteur sur le contenu g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par l&rsquo;IA.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"20,1,0\"><b>L&rsquo;Exigence :<\/b> Les employ\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre explicitement charg\u00e9s de <b>v\u00e9rifier la source et l&rsquo;originalit\u00e9<\/b> de tout \u00e9l\u00e9ment qu&rsquo;ils ont l&rsquo;intention de publier ou d&rsquo;utiliser \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur. Si vous avez un doute sur la source PI, <b>il faut le signaler au service juridique<\/b>. \u00c9viter d&rsquo;utiliser du contenu g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par l&rsquo;IA pour la cr\u00e9ation de PI <b>mission critique<\/b> ou <b>hautement sensible<\/b>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"21\">4. \u00c9tablir la reddition de comptes humaine ultime<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"22\">L&rsquo;IAg est un outil, pas un agent autonome capable d&rsquo;absorber la responsabilit\u00e9 l\u00e9gale. Lorsqu&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le fournit une sortie incorrecte, biais\u00e9e ou ill\u00e9gale, l&rsquo;organisation\u2014et l&#8217;employ\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique qui a ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 la commande\u2014est <b>en bout de ligne<\/b> (ultimately) responsable. Formation, Transparence et Application Obligatoires<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"26\">Une politique parfaite cach\u00e9e dans un cartable est un \u00e9chec de politique.
