Et paradoxalement, le simple fait <em>d\u2019avoir<\/em> r\u00e9ussi peut \u00eatre la plus grande menace \u00e0 sa survie.  <\/p><p><strong>L\u2019illusion de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 : comment le succ\u00e8s devient un pi\u00e8ge<\/strong><\/p><p>Quand une \u00e9quipe est nouvelle, ou quand les enjeux sont faibles, il est relativement facile d\u2019\u00eatre vuln\u00e9rable. Mais une fois que vous \u00eates sur une s\u00e9rie de victoires, les r\u00e8gles du jeu changent subtilement. Quand un projet tourne mal, votre premi\u00e8re question ne devrait pas \u00eatre \u00ab Qui est responsable? \u00bb mais plut\u00f4t \u00ab Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019on vient d\u2019apprendre que nous n\u2019aurions pas su autrement? \u00bb <\/li><li><strong>Sollicitez activement la dissidence :<\/strong> Ne demandez pas simplement : \u00ab Tout le monde est d\u2019accord? \u00bb Demandez-vous : \u00ab Qui a le contre-argument le plus significatif? \u00bb ou \u00ab Quel angle critique manquons-nous en ce moment? \u00bb Assignez un <g id=\"gid_1\">avocat du diable<\/g> lors des r\u00e9unions cl\u00e9s. Cela force la discussion pr\u00e9cieuse et inconfortable \u00e0 \u00eatre mise au grand jour.   <\/li><li><strong>Fermez la boucle :<\/strong> Quand quelqu\u2019un <em>prend<\/em> la parole avec une question ou une id\u00e9e difficile, remerciez-le imm\u00e9diatement.
